Role:
Excellent opportunity to join leading international insurer based in Dublin City Centre. With more strong growth projected over the next few years our client is looking for a multi lingual Claims Executive to join their expanding team
Responsibilities
1. Assess and process international claims according to relevant policy
terms and conditions.
2. Process and decision claims over the delegation for all international
business based on recommendation received and according
to the relevant policy terms and conditions.
3. Ensure 24 hour turnaround in all claims processing
4. Implement the Clear to Zero claims process
5. Review medical questionnaire when required and have the ability to
make decisions within authority limit.
6. Refer all cases above your authority, with a recommendation, for sign-
off by the Claims Supervisor.
7. Log all customer complaints
Qualifications
Requirements
1. Minimum of 12 months claims experience
2. Fluent in German and English
