Salary: €24,000 - 29,000 + excellent benefits + relocation package
Location: Cork
ROLE:
Ensuring accurate bookings of flights, cars, insurance and all other products of our client.
Ensuring a top service is delivered to members at all times.
Promoting & maximising the sale of our client’s products.
Responding to member requests calls from/to members to assist in their holiday arrangements and optimise exchanges.
Ensuring all the necessary documentation is accurately completed after each call.
Making all booking accurately to eliminate ‘write-offs’ and member complaints.
Keeping up to date with the company’s Policies & Procedures concerning members.
Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS:
Fluency in German and English.
Candidate must have a previous experience in the Tourism Industry.
Experience with CRS Systems - Galileo, Amadeus, Sabre, etc...
Excellent communications, interpersonal and organisation skills required.
Strong customer service/sales skills with the ability to influence others.
Candidates should have the ability to work on their own initiative and work effectively under pressure.
Highly motivated and proactive.
