Our client is looking for a Lead Development Representative covering the German, Austrian, Swiss market and reporting to the EMEA Lead Developement Manager.
The Lead Development Representative will project a professional, high quality image to potential users and customers when answering inbound customer calls and when making outbound calls.
Meet daily outbound call quota.
Contact the Software Downloads leads and, following a qualification process, determine leads that are interested in and appropriate for three sales opportunities: company licenses, training, and consulting.
Deliver scripted program messages in a consultative sales approach.
Answer inbound customer service type calls and handle appropriately.
Qualify leads based on profile for Inside Sales.
Report findings and observations (about leads and the market) to the rest of the organization.
Document and communicate information gathered during qualification process.
Native German speaker and fluency in English.
3+ years of experience making outbound calls.
Knowledge of database software market.
Ability to organize, analyze and carry out detailed qualification with prospects and customers.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must be self-motivated and a team player.
