ROLE
The “Partner Services Advisor” (PSA) is a highly responsible, interesting customer relationship management role where the candidate will develop and maintain a 1:1 professional relationship with a number of designated Service Partners.
The PSA will be the partner’s key point of contact into our client’s company. The PSA will create and deliver a range of services designed to improve the performance of the partner in all their operational areas, including marketing, sales support, implementation methodologies, customer support etc.
The PSA will have a series of remote 1:1 meetings with the partner, focusing on building a relationship and identifying which areas the partner would best benefit from you as their relationship manager.
The PSA will focus on increasing partner satisfaction and productivity, while contributing to the company’s growth strategy. The role is predominantly a proactive one, where the PSA drives value to the partner. The PSA must also build strong relationships inside the company’s organisation, to ensure that there is full alignment in communicating with the partners.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proficient knowledge of German & English language essential. Knowledge of another European language will be an added advantage
- Business/IT Degree or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in consulting, Pre Sales, Partner Management, Account Management in the Software or IT Industry sector, etc.
- Experience with support systems, message handling and remote communication tools (e.g. Webex, NetMeeting, Interwise, Computer Based Training…etc.)
- Strong IT/Software industry background is an advantage
- Clear understanding of partnership management in IT space
- Understanding of end-to-end business processes
- Demonstrable strong interpersonal and team-working abilities, coaching skills an advantage
- Problem Analysis and problem resolution abilities
- Enthusiastic & pro-active, process-oriented person
- Customer focused and service-oriented attitude, Pre-sales experience preferred
- Listening, Understanding, and Responding: Practices attentive and active listening, has patience to hear people out and can accurately restate and respond to issues and concerns
- Presenting: The PSA should have confidence in presenting to partners using remote technologies such as NetMeeting/Webex. Experience in remote selling or support would be an advantage
- Able to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks
- Able to work at all levels in an organization and possess strong stature and presence. Must be highly credible both internally and externally
