ROLE
Focus on battery replacement. Support Partner program data management (Sales Partner, Supplier, Installer). Organize Partner accountability metrics. Assist Country Service Sales Manager, Partners and HW Sales in driving revenues. Ensure Sales Partners have tools required to drive revenues. Monitor incoming orders (Quality Control). Collect Partner results for report generation. Process renewals both direct and through Partners. Ensure correct opportunity information in the CRM tool. Work with Legal on special contract terms. Ensure customers are set up in system for Oracle entry. Drive proactive revenue by collecting all units/solutions with need for battery replacement. Battery offering mainly by phone, if required support customer on site. Assist with offers for repair and service contracts. Follow up process to ensure a maximal attach rate on replaced batteries. Support other functions inside and outside the company due to provide needed tools with the main goal to drive Service Revenue. Proactivity and information accuracy and fast response will be the basic key to success.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education/experience is required. Electrical knowledge, preferably DC and UPS is a must. Proven success in prior sales roles, strong interpersonal communication and relationship building skills, time management and organizational skills. Ability to generate sales and uncover selling opportunities within the company’s existing clientele. Knowledge of CRM (Intouch) and Oracle is a plus. Superior oral and written communication skills are a must, and proficiency in the use of personal computers is required.
