Our client, a Big Data specialist solution provider with a global customer base is hiring full-time System Administrators in Germany with +5 years working experience with Linux.

This job will provide a structured training programme in the use and application of Hadoop, the Big Data management platform which is quickly becoming industry’s go-to choice for enterprise level deployments.

Training will incorporate all elements of Hadoop from Kerberos to Disaster Recovery, and all new elements of the Hadoop ecosystem will be included as they become available on the Hadoop stack. Training is in conjunction with Hortonworks with whom our client is a certified partner.

 

  • Do you have a passion for open source work and a minimum of 6 years working with Linux systems?
  • Do you like troubleshooting and working closely with customers to problem solve and deliver excellent service?
  • Are you interested in becoming a Hadoop Administrator and working on advanced Hadoop projects with leading Enterprise clients in Finance and Industry?

 If so, then this is the job for you!.The salary scale is attractive and will increase in accordance with your proficiency.
