KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Technical Support Specialist provides support to a broad portfolio of customers on the company’s cutting-edge products that allow libraries to succeed in a modern technology environment. If you join this progressive company, you will become an expert on company software and technologies, while delivering high-quality support in a fast-paced, team environment.

 

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS


Experience of one or more of the following:


4+ years Unix / LINUX support experience

Ability to work independently

Hardware platforms: Dell, IBM, SUN, COMPAQ

Operating systems: Linux, SUN Solaris, AIX, HP UX

Networking: TCP/IP, SMTP, DNS
