You will be responsible for establishing, building and nurturing relationships with key business accounts, understanding their business needs and challenges in order to generate demand for our clent's Cloud-based product offering. You will use a variety of channelsuch as social media, internet, web-based tools & outbound calling. You will speak to key decision-makers within key business accounts on a daily basis.
Establish, build and nurture positive business relationships with key customer accounts by deeply understanding their business, their challenges, future projects and plans;
Develop long-term relationships with clients, consulting with them as their IT partner to address their needs and challenges;
Use a variety of tools including but not limited to social media, internet, web-based tools, outbound calling;
Identify new business opportunities for the product offering by engaging with multiple levels of the customer organization and proactively endorsing our client's solution relevant to their business challenges;
Contribute to the team targets, achieve a high level of client satisfaction and quality lead generation;
Achieve a high level of collaboration with in-country Marketing and Sales teams by developing and delivering the joint strategy with field representatives, Inside Sales representatives and partners.
A degree in Business or business-related disciplines;
Fluency in English and German;
A strong interest in technology, passion for sales and strong communication skills;
The ability to work with a dynamic and multinational team, and the ability to work alone at times;
High level of energy, drive, enthusiasm, commitment, self-belief and achievement orientation;
Experience with needs analysis and negotiation in the B2B sector would be an advantage, along with the ability to deliver and overachieve on target
