Sell holiday preview packages to customers via inbound enquires and outbound calls to potential clients. Contribute to business objectives by exceeding individual sales targets as set by management. Goals will be set on a period by period basis. Meet and exceed key performance indicators set by management and be accountable for established performance criteria each period. Qualify all customers to ensure that required criteria for holiday previews is met, whilst adhering to preview package rules. Exceed customer's expectations by consistently providing a high quality service. Ensure that each customer contact is recorded either by sale or lead log entry. Assist all customers in resolving or escalating any issues or complaints, where appropriate and within the set company timescales. Attend ad-hoc training sessions, departmental meetings and team meetings. Attend and actively participate in regular and ongoing coaching sessions. Keep updated with new developments and changes to existing procedures via Daily Shift Briefs, Intranet, coaching sessions and team meeting.

High standard of customer care and problem solving skills. Self-motivated with a desire to succeed in a challenging environment. Ability to work as part of a team. Native German Speaker and fluency in English.
