Responsible for inbound calls and making outbound cold calls to business partners in an effort to maximize revenue potential. Take ownership of all customers in account database with the aim of growing the scope and value of account. Collect customer information, provide product information and direct customers. Plan effective sales campaigns and target existing account base to proactively grow account and extend revenue. Deal with inbound and outbound calls (and e-mail) from and to customers, communicate special offers and other promotions. Maintain regular contact with key influencers and build and strengthen the customer relationship. Maintain regular communication with External/Field Sales, Account Manager(s) and Country Manager(s). Manage pipeline and forecast accordingly.
Native German speaker with an excellent command of English. Advanced problem solving and/or sophisticated sales techniques. Ability to navigate computerised data entry system and/or other relevant applications. Excellent communication skills and work ethic are essential competencies for this role.
