This role is entry-level for a challenging career in software solution sales with a leading international software company! After initial training in California, you will develop skills with ongoing product and solution selling training. This will enable top achievers to progress rapidly within the company and to move to more senior or other commercial roles in a defined career path.
In this pivotal role you will be the first point of contact between the company and clients. You will drive strategic, enterprise-wide initiatives primarily for the small business market and work with the best-in-class solutions to route this business. Additionally, you will manage all inbound inquires generated from Demand Creation activities such as advertising and web seminars, as well as outbound calls to generate leads.
The ability to forecast sales activity and to achieve targets is critical. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. 1-2 years of proven prior IT sales experience. Relationship management skill to develop positive relations internally and externally. Ability to meet and over-achieve targets for conversion of Inbound Quota Leads and creating new Sales Opportunities. Outstanding communication / organizational and time management skills. Winner’s mentality, determination team spirit and drive to consistently improve performance. Native French speaker and fluency in English.
