The Renewals Executive is responsible for renewing Software License Contracts for existing customers’ base within the assigned customer set. He/she should possess the technical /sales expertise required to successfully conduct all phases of the renewal cycle. The Renewals Executive must demonstrate all the behaviours associated with High Performance Sales Culture, specifically managing a pipeline of renewal opportunities and delivering results against monthly/quarterly forecast and target. He/she will be responsible for all the phases of the renewal sales process from creating the renewal paperwork the customers through to ensuring that renewal is complete. While the Renewals Executive is required to work on an individual target they must work as part of the Renewals team. He/She will be required to provide timely forecast and risk analysis to his/her direct manager.
Third Level Degree preferably in a commercial area Native French speaker and fluency in English. We are interested in speaking to Graduates that have been working in Sales positions and have a good IT knowledge, preferably in Software.
