The role of the Travel Administrator is to monitor all scheduled and charter flights, car hire and travel insurance bookings and ensure that all relevant travel documents are sent to members in a timely fashion and are of a high quality.
Issue travel-related documents. Verify and issue the charter tickets. Run reports/manifests when required i.e. airline strikes, ticketing deadlines etc. Control of all payments , both customer and supplier. Car reservations must be checked thoroughly, and the vouchers dispatched within the deadlines. Any amendments or cancellations related to the travel bookings, whether customer requested or otherwise will be handled efficiently and effectively in this role. All calls and correspondence must be answered promptly and correctly. Assist in other areas of Travel Admin as requested by the Team Leader / Manager. Maintain regular contact with Members in an effort to satisfy their holiday requirements. Ensuring a top service is delivered to members at all times. Ensuring all the necessary documentation is accurately completed after each call. Providing excellent service levels. Working effectively in a fast moving & multi-lingual team. Keeping up to date with Company Policies & Procedures concerning members. Liase with the other departments and offices where necessary and deal with members in a clear and concise manner.
Fluent Swedish and English. Danish and/or Norwegian desirable. Self-motivation, multi-tasking skills, diplomacy, assertiveness, and tolerance Ability to work as part of a team. Attention to detail is a key requirement.
